Believe it or not, I did not know your 'herstory' of growing up in New Orleans...and though we were not close friends while I was in Eureka, I always secretly revered you the epitome of Eureka Springs - an arts culture, a place like no other and a place I love. If you would like, I will write a biography for you. Someday there will be a museum in Eureka from a hundred years ago - the late 1900's! and your story and music should be in there. You are a subtle and profound inspiration in lives unawares. I am glad to be in touch with you now.

Hi Gayle! Thanks for telling me about your website. I was just listening to you singing "Red is the Road" on your discography page and I love how you sing that beautiful song. Meeting you was one of the highlights of last year and I hope to see you in person, again, one of these days. Hugs, JD.
